Is it okay for minors to draw nsfw of characters that are minors? Other than the fact that minors aren't supposed to expect at porn and all that junk.

I would have to say no. Clean and simple.

ii) even if its a small-scale who is drawing another pocket-sized, it is still pornography of someone who is under historic period. The content in itself is a minor in a sexual situation, information technology doesn't matter who drew information technology, it's still porn of a pocket-sized in and out of context.

Overall you can describe nsfw stuff for yourself if ur a minor, peculiarly if its for practice/ beefcake/ etc. merely practise not post (distribute) it until you are an adult if it is pornographic in nature (nude drawings such as anatomy and stuff are fine since its only a figure study) . Whatever grade of sexual content with a minor in information technology, no affair who made it, is still porn of a small no matter how y'all look at it. So its best to always draw adults and brand sure you're of age as well if you volition exist posting said content.
